usage, including who views our website, the frequency of views, and the lapse of
time on each page. If you e-mail us or otherwise initiate a transaction, we

we may collect and store extensive, personal information about you to distinctly
identify you, such as your name, address, telephone number, date of birth,
social security number, race, sex, employer, etc. We do not collect or create

When we collect information from you, it is to complete the
transaction you have initiated online. Accordingly, we may use your information
to follow-up with you about any transaction, comments, or inquiries you make.
If you intend to buy real property, we also will use your information to qualify
or pre-qualify you for a financing, or otherwise determine your credit
worthiness. If you are applying to rent property, we will use your information
in our background research to determine your suitability for tenancy.
Accordingly, we will supply your name, date of birth, race, and sex to
appropriate third parties who may independently assess your creditworthiness for
obtaining the necessary financing or your general suitability for tenancy. We
will also use your personal information to make public records requests with the
clerk(s) of the county courts, or other similar official in a jurisdiction
outside of Florida. We may also share your personal information with
independent companies to assist us in collecting relevant information about your
credit or tenancy histories. However, we use your information for our internal
purposes and do not collect information from you to sell to third parties for

specific transaction you initiated and as necessary for our internal purposes

How do we protect Your information online?
We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol
to safeguard your sensitive personal information during on-line transactions.
The SSL protocol encrypts information during transmission from your personal
computer to ours. Our computer is behind a secure firewall to protect it
from unauthorized access. Once on our computer, access to your information
is limited to our broker or his designee. No other person is authorized or
able to access your information. However, you should construe ours or
anyone else's efforts to secure your information as a guarantee or warranty that
