This mobile home park is owned by our broker's investment company, Myers Park Lane LLC.  Springwood Mobile Home Park is a nine-unit mobile home park on two acres of shaded land on the South side of Tallahassee, in the area northwest of Crawfordville Highway and Capital Circle.   The park consists of one three-bedroom, two bath home; five two-bedroom, two-bath homes; two two-bedroom, one-bath homes; and one one-bedroom, one bath home.  apartments in a separate quad.  All home are equipped with electric range, refrigerator, and air conditioning (six have central heat and air).  All homes have a concrete patio. 

Available now: 

1223 Spring Oaks Lane:  This is one of the park's older homes but the current owner rehabbed it in 2008 when they bought it.  This is one of the two-bedroom, one-bath homes and has central heat and air.  It is approximately 800 square feet, with an extended living room, wood deck, and vinyl floors.  The rent is $475 per month; total move in price is $955.

1231 Spring Oaks Lane:  This too is one of the park's older homes but it was rehabbed in 2008.  This is a two-bedroom, one-bath home, with two window air conditioners with reverse cycle for heat.  It is approximately 720 square feet.  The rent is $475 per month; total move in price is $955.

Landlord provides pest control and lawn service.   Tenant is  responsible for everything else, including reimbursing the landlord for garbage ($26.06 per month), pro rata water ($10-$15, depending upon tenants' usage), and Leon County solid waste and storm water fees ($5.00 per unit per month ... $3.33 and $1.67, respectively).  All homes require a $30 application fee and a $450 deposit.  Applicants who sign up for the ez-RentzÒ will received preference in the application process.
