mobile home park is owned by our broker's investment company, Myers Park
Lane LLC. Springwood Mobile Home Park is a nine-unit mobile home
park on two acres of shaded land on the South side of Tallahassee, in
the area northwest of Crawfordville Highway and Capital Circle. The
park consists of one three-bedroom, two bath home; five two-bedroom,

1231 Spring Oaks Lane: This too is one of the park's older

Landlord provides pest control and lawn service. Tenant is
responsible for everything else, including reimbursing the landlord for
garbage ($26.06 per month), pro rata water ($10-$15, depending upon
tenants' usage), and Leon County solid waste and storm water fees ($5.00
