Curtis Baynes a licensed real estate and mortgage broker.  Mr. Baynes' principal interest is in real estate investment and management.  He has lived in Florida since 1973 and in Tallahassee since 1984. 

Mr. Baynes earned a master’s degree in public administration from Florida State University where he concentrated his studies in program evaluation and quantitative techniques.  He also has a bachelor of science degree from Florida Atlantic University where he majored in accounting.  He graduated high school in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Mr. Baynes comes to the real estate industry after a 30+ year career with the State of Florida.  As a former state trooper, internal auditor, and policy analyst with the State of Florida, he brings a significant set of skills to the brokerage. 

Mr. Baynes' principal interest is in real estate investment and management and he is the principal author of our public policy papers.  Mr. Baynes is also a real estate instructor associated with The Real Estate School, Inc. He is a member of

• National Association of Realtors®.
