Curtis Baynes a licensed real estate.  Mr. Baynes' principal interest is in real estate investment and management.  He has lived in Florida since 1973 and in Tallahassee since 1984.  Mr. Baynes is also a real estate instructor associated with The Real Estate School, Inc. He is a member of

• Tallahassee Board of Realtors®

• Florida Association of Realtors®, and

• National Association of Realtors®.

Mr. Baynes earned a master’s degree in public administration from Florida State University where he concentrated his studies in program evaluation and quantitative techniques.  He also has a bachelor of science degree from Florida Atlantic University where he majored in accounting.  He graduated high school in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Mr. Baynes comes to the real estate industry after a 30+ year career with the State of Florida.  As a former state trooper, internal auditor, and policy analyst with the State of Florida, he brings a significant set of skills to the brokerage.
