Curtis Baynes is the broker for C. E. Baynes & Associates LLC and is licensed to practice real estate in Florida.  Mr. Baynes' principal interest is in real estate investment and management.  He has lived in Florida since 1973 and in Tallahassee since 1984.  Mr. Baynes is also a real estate instructor associated with The Real Estate School, Inc. He is a member of

• Tallahassee Board of Realtors®

• Florida Association of Realtors®, and

• National Association of Realtors®.

Mr. Baynes earned a master’s degree in public administration from Florida State University where he concentrated his studies in program evaluation and quantitative techniques.  He also has a bachelor of science degree from Florida Atlantic University where he majored in accounting.  He graduated high school in Fairbanks, Alaska.  Mr. Baynes comes to the real estate industry after a 30+ year career with the State of Florida.  As a former state trooper, internal auditor, and policy analyst with the State of Florida, he brings a significant set of skills to the brokerage.   Mr. Baynes is the principal author of our public papers.
