These apartments are owned by our broker's
investment company, Myers Park Lane LLC. Collins apartments has
six studio apartments in a two-story building and four one-bedroom
apartments in a separate quad. All apartments have ceramic tile
floors, electric range and refrigerator, window air conditioner, and
ceiling fan. They are conveniently located to the down town area, state
offices, and the universities. They are all near a bus stop, which
enables you to leave the car and traffic behind you. These
apartments are across the street from Myers Park, which provides walking

The move-in price is $775, which includes the application fee ($30),
security deposit ($350), and the first month's rent ($395).
Landlord provides pest control and lawn service. Tenant is
responsible for everything else. All apartments require a $30
application fee and a $350 deposit. Applicants who sign up for the
