Curtis Baynes has lived in Florida since 1973 and, since 1984, in Tallahassee.  While in South Florida, he earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University.  After moving to Tallahassee, he earned a master’s degree in public administration from Florida State University.  His primary interest is in real estate investing and property management, but he is also a licensed mortgage broker.
